6	Venus Bay Caravan Park Venus Bay State's longest sandpit with five superb surf beaches, choice of surf, river and estuary fishing. For those of you who enjoy the beauty of the natural Australian bush land, Venus Bay has lots to offer. Only a short drive from the Caravan Park is Point Smythe Reserve, where there are many scenic bush-walking tracks. There are great views of Anderson's Inlet and an abundance of wildlife to be enjoyed. Watch out for kangaroos crossing particularly near Fisherman's Jetty and just past the viewing tower, approaching Point Smythe. Boat ramps are located at Fisherman's Jetty and Tarwin Lower	119
7	Venus Bay Community Centre The Venus Bay Community Centre is run by a volunteer committee of local residents. The building is owned by the South Gippsland Shire Council at 27 Canterbury Road, Venus Bay. We regularly hold social, health and educational programs for people in the Venus Bay and Tarwin Lower area.	111
